Trap-Neuter-Return Join the Effort
The Community Cat population in Baja has grown significantly, with many cats relying on human kindness for food. However, without sterilization, their numbers continue to rise. Feral cats are typically unsocialized and avoid human contact, living in colonies that share food sources and territory. These colonies include both feral cats and strays – former pets that were lost or abandoned. Community Cats: They don’t belong to anybody; they belong to everybody.
Your involvement is crucial. Take action today by trapping a Community Cat, bringing it in for spay or neuter surgery, and then returning it to its original location. Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a humane and effective method for managing Community Cats. This simple act prevents the birth of countless unwanted kittens and helps manage the cat population humanely. If you can’t get close enough to capture the cat, we offer free trap loans for up to a week.
